1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using any App published by primecodevaultlink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Technical Compliance Guide, and any additional terms presented to you at the point of purchase or consent.
If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Apps. If you have already installed, uninstall the Apps and request deletion of your data per the Privacy Policy.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and primecodevaultlink.
2. Account Ownership & Licence Scope
2.1 No Ownership of Account or Virtual Property
You acknowledge that, by downloading the Apps through the App Store / Google Play, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-rentable, non-loanable, revocable licence to use the App, and that you do not own the account or any in-app virtual property (including but not limited to virtual currency, premium features, unlocked content, customisation items, ranks, badges, or any other digital artefacts).
The account, the App, all virtual property, and all underlying intellectual property remain the property of primecodevaultlink. Any commercial value the virtual property may appear to carry is purely a function of the licence and may be revoked at any time under the conditions set out below.
2.2 Account Registration & User Information
Where an account is required, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, and to update that information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the App and for all activity carried out under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@primecodevaultlink.com of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
2.3 Account Recovery & Closure
- An account that has been inactive for 180 consecutive days and has no IAP history may be deactivated. We will give 30 days' prior notice through in-app push, registered email (if any), and the App's first-launch screen.
- Upon deactivation, the account and all associated virtual property are permanently removed, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records, anti-fraud evidence).
- Deleted data is not recoverable. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup of any content you value, using the App's export feature.
2.4 Account Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Transfer, rent, lend, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the account.
- Use the account for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Use the account to harass, threaten, defraud, or mislead other users.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App or related systems.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of the account, deletion of virtual property, and possible referral to law enforcement.
3. IAA Advertising & Reward Policy
"IAA" refers to in-app advertising — the various ad formats described in our Privacy Policy Section 6 (app open / splash, rewarded video, interstitial, banner, native, offerwall, playable). The following rules apply to all IAA reward-granting flows in the Apps.
3.1 Reward Eligibility
To receive an IAA reward (whether virtual currency, a feature unlock, an extra life, an extra trial, or any other in-app benefit), the user must:
- Watch the entire ad (or, for skippable formats, the minimum non-skippable portion as disclosed in the ad UI).
- Complete any in-ad interaction that the ad explicitly requires (e.g. tapping a CTA).
- Not perform any abnormal operation during playback, including: switching apps, locking the device, force-quitting the App, killing the App's process, using a system overlay, or using any plugin / script that simulates a watch.
3.2 Reward Delivery
Rewards are credited instantly upon successful ad completion. Where a delay is caused by network conditions, ad-platform outage, or client-side error, the user may contact support@primecodevaultlink.com; we will investigate and resolve within 3 business days.
3.3 Ad Quality
We screen third-party ad inventory for compliance with our Ad Quality Policy, which prohibits:
- Violent, sexual, vulgar, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate creative.
- Unlawful products or services (regulated substances, unlicensed gambling, adult content, weapons).
- Political persuasion creative targeted at minors.
- Misleading health, financial, or political claims.
Users may report a violating ad via the in-app "Report Ad" button (available on every ad). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; offending ads are blocked at the source and the partner is held to account.
3.4 Ad Disclosure & DSA
Each ad format is clearly labelled with an "Ad" badge. Personalised ads are only served after explicit consent (ATT on iOS, Privacy Sandbox Topics on Android, GDPR / DSA consent elsewhere). The frequency of any ad format is capped per the table in our Privacy Policy.
4. IAA Fraud — Detailed Penalty Schedule
"IAA fraud" is any conduct designed to extract rewards or otherwise exploit the advertising system in violation of these Terms. It is detected through a combination of device fingerprint, behaviour pattern, in-app telemetry, and partner-side signals (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Singular). The penalties below apply cumulatively and may be combined with legal action.
4.1 Examples of IAA Fraud
- Using plugins, scripts, mods, or "auto-tap" tools to skip, accelerate, or simulate ad viewing.
- Operating multiple accounts or multiple devices to mass-watch ads and resell the rewards.
- Modifying device parameters (device ID, IMEI, MAC, IP) or using VPN / proxy to bypass regional price / reward rules.
- Frequently switching apps, locking, or rebooting the device during ad playback to bypass the "full watch" requirement.
- Exploiting an ad-platform bug to fabricate ad-impression or ad-click events.
- Any other conduct that interferes with normal ad delivery, ad measurement, or reward accounting.
4.2 Penalty Schedule

| Third or subsequent violation | Permanent revocation of ad-viewing privileges on the account; the relevant device is blocked from accessing the App; the account is added to our internal anti-fraud black-list; we reserve the right to seek civil damages for lost ad revenue and to refer the matter to law-enforcement authorities. |
| Severe cases (mass fraud, organised abuse, deliberate exploitation of attribution systems) | All of the above, plus immediate permanent account termination, immediate permanent device ban, notification to the App Store / Google Play, and pursuit of civil damages. Where criminal conduct is suspected (e.g. fraudulent chargebacks, identity fraud, money laundering), the matter is referred to law-enforcement authorities. |
The anti-fraud system may take automatic action before the user is contacted. Where an automated decision materially affects you, you may request human review by writing to support@primecodevaultlink.com with the subject "Anti-Fraud Review".
5. IAP Payment, Refunds & Disputes
5.1 Pricing
The price displayed in the App for any IAP item (virtual currency pack, subscription, premium feature, unlock) is inclusive of:
- The product price itself.
- The platform commission (Apple / Google).
- Any applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or other consumption tax for the user's region.
The final price you pay is the price shown on the App Store / Google Play checkout sheet. Any future price change will be announced at least 7 days in advance via in-app notice and (for existing subscribers) via email.
5.2 Payment Process
All payment is processed through the official App Store / Google Play in-app billing systems. We do not see, store, transmit, or process your payment credentials at any time.
Upon successful payment, the purchased virtual item is credited to your account instantly. The transaction is visible in the App's "My Orders" section and in the App Store / Google Play purchase history.
5.3 Refund Policy
Because virtual items are instantly consumable, they are by default non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases, with supporting evidence:
- Payment was successful but the virtual item was not delivered, and the cause is verified to be our technical fault.
- A minor (under the age of majority in their jurisdiction) made a purchase without guardian consent; the guardian may apply for a refund via the App Store / Google Play refund channel with the relevant evidence (e.g. family-sharing record, payment method holder's ID).
- The App has a material defect that prevents the user from using the purchased virtual item, and the defect cannot be fixed within 7 business days.
5.4 Refund Process
Refund requests are submitted through the official App Store / Google Play refund channel or, where appropriate, through our in-app support at support@primecodevaultlink.com. We confirm receipt within 3 business days, cooperate with the App Store / Google Play, and the refund is processed per the platform's own timeline (Apple: typically 3–30 days; Google: typically 3–10 days).
Where a refund is granted for a delivered virtual item, the item is automatically revoked from the account. Repeated refund abuse is itself treated as IAP fraud (see Section 6).
6. IAP Fraud — Detailed Penalty Schedule
"IAP fraud" is any conduct designed to obtain virtual items, premium features, or refunds through dishonest means. The penalties below apply cumulatively and may be combined with civil and / or criminal action.
6.1 Examples of IAP Fraud
- Malicious refund abuse: purchasing a virtual item, using it, then requesting a refund without returning the used item — for example, spending premium currency, then claiming a refund.
- Payment-process tampering: using plugins, scripts, modified (cracked) Apps, or any technique to bypass the official payment channel.
- Forged records: fabricating an order, a payment receipt, or a refund document to obtain virtual items or refunds.
- Stolen payment methods: using a stolen bank card, stolen payment account, or unlawfully obtained redemption code.
- Regional price arbitrage: using VPN / proxy to mask the user's region and purchase in a lower-priced region.
- New-user bonus abuse: mass-registering accounts to exploit new-user promotions, trial bonuses, or first-purchase discounts, then re-selling the obtained virtual items.
- Any other conduct intended to evade payment or to obtain virtual items / refunds dishonestly.
6.2 Penalty Schedule

7. Anti-Cheat & Security Protocol
To protect the integrity of the App and the experience of legitimate users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in the penalties described below and / or in Section 4 and Section 6.
7.1 Prohibited Conduct
- Using VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent regional restrictions or pricing rules, or to engage in cross-region purchasing / ad-viewing.
- Using automated scripts, emulators, plugins, mods, cracked builds, or any other tools to disrupt normal App operation, tamper with App data, or obtain illegitimate advantage.
- Capturing, replaying, or modifying the App's network traffic, or forging data sent to our servers or to third-party platforms (e.g. attribution events, ad-impression beacons, IAP receipts).
- Mass-registering accounts, mass-installing the App, manipulating review velocity, or otherwise interfering with the App's ranking, rating, or reputation systems.
- Stealing other users' accounts, virtual property, or personal data; or disclosing other users' account information.
- Modifying device parameters (device ID, IMEI, MAC) to evade enforcement, to bypass device-level bans, or to repeatedly obtain rewards.
- Distributing tools, instructions, or encouragement that enable any of the above.
- Any other conduct that interferes with normal App operation or that infringes the rights of the Studio or other users.
7.2 Penalties
Penalties may include: warning, feature restriction, account suspension, device ban, internal black-listing, deletion of related data, and termination of service. Severe cases may involve civil damages and / or criminal referral. We do not provide compensation for any loss resulting from a violation of this section.
8. EU DSA Content Moderation
Where an App includes user-generated content (UGC), we comply with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and equivalent regional content-moderation laws. The rules below apply to UGC within any primecodevaultlink App.
8.1 Moderation Mechanism
We operate a dual "AI automated detection + human review" pipeline. AI tools pre-screen all UGC for the categories listed below. Suspected violations are forwarded to a human reviewer. Confirmed violations are removed within 24 hours, the user is notified, and the user has the right to appeal within 14 days.
8.2 Prohibited UGC
- Content that is politically sensitive, endangers national security, or threatens social stability.
- Racist, sexist, religiously discriminatory, or otherwise hateful content.
- Violent, sexual, vulgar, gory, or otherwise disturbing content.
- Misinformation, defamation, fraudulent or misleading content.
- Content that infringes the intellectual property, reputation, image, or privacy rights of a third party.
- Content that violates any applicable local law, regulation, or public-order rule.
8.3 User Responsibility
When publishing UGC, the user is solely responsible for ensuring the content is lawful, true, original, and does not infringe any third-party right. The user agrees to indemnify primecodevaultlink for any loss arising from the user's UGC.
8.4 DSA-Specific Requirements
- We publish a transparency report at least every 6 months, covering moderation actions, complaints received, response time, and the criteria applied.
- We operate a clear "notice and action" mechanism: 24-hour SLA for clearly illegal content, with a 14-day appeal window.
- For large-scale UGC platforms, we designate a specific content-moderation officer reachable at dsa@primecodevaultlink.com.
- We cooperate with the European Board for Digital Services and with national Digital Services Coordinators.
9. User-Generated Content — Licence to primecodevaultlink
Where you publish UGC in or through an App, you grant primecodevaultlink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), publish, and display such UGC solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the App.
You retain all ownership of your UGC. You may withdraw the licence at any time by deleting the UGC, subject to retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Apps — including source code, design, graphics, audio, video, trademarks, trade dress, and documentation — is the property of primecodevaultlink or its licensors, and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.
You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.
Trademarks, service marks, and trade dress of primecodevaultlink may not be used without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy of any content provided by third parties (including ad content) and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on such content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Apps shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the EU Product Liability Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and equivalent national regimes).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless primecodevaultlink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use of the Apps, or (c) your UGC.
13. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for any unlawful conduct, or for any operational or legal reason.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Apps and discontinuing use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including those on intellectual property, disclaimer, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the EU, UK, or Switzerland retain the protection of the mandatory laws and forum of their place of habitual residence.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through negotiation by writing to legal@primecodevaultlink.com for at least 30 days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice and (where you have provided an email) via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
