We work three ways: (1) a fixed-scope build for a published app of ours, (2) a co-development partnership where we share the roadmap and the revenue, and (3) a white-label engagement where we build, ship and operate a privacy-first product under your publisher account. All three start with a 2-week paid discovery that produces a written brief and a fixed quote.

Refunds go through App Store / Google Play per their policies. For eligible refund cases (technical fault, minor accidental purchase with verification, etc.), we cooperate with the store within 3 business days. For everyday user support, we staff a 1-business-day response SLA on support@primecodevaultlink.com in 4 languages.

Email privacy@primecodevaultlink.com with your request type (access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of "sale / sharing"). We respond within 7 business days for GDPR / CCPA / LGPD, 30 business days for VCDPA. We verify identity using the minimum data necessary to confirm you are the data subject.

Personal user data lives on the user's device. Where we operate cloud infrastructure (e.g. for anonymised aggregate metrics), we use EU-region servers for EU/UK users, US-region for US users, India-region for Indian users, and Saudi-region for Saudi users — in line with local data-residency rules (GDPR, PIPL, DPDP, NDPA).

No current production app uses generative AI. Where future features incorporate generative AI, we will: (1) label all AI-generated content as "AI-Generated" per EU AI Act and US state-level requirements, (2) provide a per-feature opt-out, and (3) never train on user personal data.

For the right partner product — one that aligns with the privacy-first thesis and is a clear fit for our R&D — yes. We co-author the cap table and the roadmap together. The bar is high (we've done this twice to date) but the right deal is worth doing slowly.
